DealsAustralia is a deals aggregation platform that collects and displays coupons, discount codes, and special offers from various Australian retailers. We act as an intermediary and are not a party to any transaction between you and the merchant.
3. Accuracy of Deal Information
While we strive to ensure all deals are accurate and current, we cannot guarantee that every coupon code or deal will work at time of use. Deals may expire, be limited to certain users, or be discontinued by the merchant without notice. Always verify deal terms directly with the retailer.
4. Affiliate Disclosure
Some links on DealsAustralia are affiliate links. When you click these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This helps us maintain and improve the Platform. Our editorial decisions are not influenced by affiliate relationships.
5. User Accounts
To access certain features (such as saving deals), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform
- Submit false or misleading deal information
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Impersonate any person or entity
7. Intellectual Property
All content on DealsAustralia, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of DealsAustralia or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, DealsAustralia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any deals found on it. Our total liability shall not exceed AUD $100.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
